With mint mark: This is allowed! Driving without a license

Driving a car without a license is against the law, but there are exceptions: All of the rides, which are associated with the vehicle registration, may be mint marks.

Who is in a car with a mint mark on the road, driving without a license – but that is not per se a violation of the law. In some cases, Driving without a license is allowed even and one of these situations is quite obvious: The journey to authorisation in place, the car or out. For the way to the motor vehicle office, the car needs no approval. In addition, all other trips in connection with the subscription or unsubscription, according to § 10 Abs. 4 FZV permitted by law. This is the way to the main examination or security check. Return trips from the car place after the decommissioning of a vehicle are permitted, as long as it's insured at that time or the indicator has not been allocated already to another vehicle. It is important that motorists drive with mint mark, the shortest and the most direct route for each route to the authority, or workshop, because all trips that do not serve the registration of the vehicle, are prohibited. What is "directly" in this context, it was also defined: The trips may only run through the district of the approval and a maximum of one other adjacent district.
