Grammer automotive supplier: power struggle with Hastor decision-making in the economic crime grammer against Hastor?

For VW, Audi, Mercedes, BMW, Opel and Ford, grammer built headrests, armrests and center consoles. Now, the automotive supplier is in crisis. Reason: The largest shareholders of the company is the Bosnian Hastor clan. And it wants to transform operation.

The Bavarian automotive supplier grammer is in crisis. This is not about sales - quite the contrary. The sixth record in a row, the profit doubled, increased the dividend - many executive heads would like to contact this balance sheet prior to their shareholders. But grammer Chief Hartmut Müller has quite different problems. As the largest shareholder of automotive supplier, the controversial, Bosnian investor family Hastor, wants to put everything on the head - and thus terrified customers as employees. The prevent group which had just stopped their deliveries last summer in the dispute with VW and crippled the tapes in Wolfsburg and Emden is one of the Hastors. Then, VW signed a contract with purchase obligations for six years. The Hastors criticize that Grammers profit margins were below average. The company, headquartered in the Upper Palatinate build for VW, Daimler, BMW and other auto companies, especially Center consoles and headrests. The business with seats for tractors and trucks, however, is smaller but more profitable. Overall the company made 1.7 billion Euro turnover and 45 million euro 2016 with 12,000 employees profit. For the Hastors too little, because armrests and headrests were not high-tech products with which it could generate high single-digit margins.
